With impeccable continuing education, I have been creating fresh new artistic color and texture for the last 17 years. I have always been a outdoor adventurer and lover of the earth and animals. Nature, music, creativity and people help me to nurture my natural rhythm. I strongly stand by Aveda's mission and strive to make people feel better about themselves and our earth each day.

My name is Courtney and I’m an Aveda junkie! I have been doing hair for 15 years and knew I wanted to long before. I enjoy working with any/all hair types & textures. I have attended many advanced Aveda classes & shows. I feel blessed to be a part of the Aveda family. Not only is Aveda healthier for us & our planet, but also very inspiring to me. I’m 35 and have four kitties that mean the world to me. In my spare time I love to run & love crafting. I’d say the best part about what I do is making people feel beautiful inside and out. There is truly no greater feeling!

Hi, I'm Katie. I am a Skilled Artist at Rhythm Salon and Spa. I recognized my true passion for the beauty industry when I was 15 years old. Right after graduating high school, I was very eager to start my journey into the world of hair. I attended Roger's Academy of Hair Design where I graduated in August of 2006. While in school, I discovered Aveda and instantly fell in love and have proudly been a part of the Aveda family for my entire career. I truly believe in and stand by Aveda's mission. I have taken many advanced courses with Aveda throughout my career and will always continue to further my knowledge in all aspects of cosmetology.
When I'm not behind the chair you can usually find me outdoors. I enjoy anything that involves being active and being surrounded by the beauties in nature. I also have a deep passion for music of all kinds and don't know where I would be without it. Nature and music are what inspire me to do what I love, and that is making people look and feel beautiful!

Hello, I’m Jamie. I am a creative stylist at Rhythm Salon and Spa. I went to the University of Southern Indiana as an art major. I then went to The Salon Professional Academy for cosmetology and graduated in January of 2011.
As a child, I knew that I would be a cosmetologist and a painter. I love giving my clients fresh new looks while using the wonderful, natural, Aveda products that I am so proud of!

Hello, my name is Kayce. I just recently joined the team at Rhythm Salon and Spa and couldn't be happier. I graduated with my cosmetology license from Roger's Academy of Hair Design in November of 2005. There is no greater feeling than making my client's feel great about themselves. I'm so excited about continuing my education with Aveda.I really enjoy going to Pure Barre outside of work. I love being outdoors and most importantly spending time with family and friends!

A native to Northern California, Jessica has been a part of our Aveda team since making her move to the Midwest. With a B.A in Sociology from UCSC, she always knew she wanted to work with the public and help others. Her passion for skincare developed a decade ago, working in the medical aesthetic field early in her career. With further training, a love for holistic healing and natural skincare, she became an Aveda skincare specialist. Blending the latest modern techniques and treasured Ayurveda practices she helps clients achieve a healthy and radiant skin! On her off time, you can find her camping somewhere in her travel trailer, gardening, making candles and enjoying time with family and friends.

I’m Karessa (ka-REE-sa)! I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years! I love being as well rounded as possible in the hair world! I love everything from cuts to colors to fades to major transformations or just a nice healthy clean up! I am so thankful for all of my previous clients who have come back to see me! It seriously means the world I am also so excited and looking forward to meeting new people and making new connections in the shop!
