Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
When an appointment is made, a certain amount of time is reserved for just you! Rhythm Salon and Spa does what we can to be here when you need us, and we kindly ask that you be here when expected. Due to numerous missed appointments, we have established the following:
Salon clients receive three (3) grace appointments per year.
After three no show appointments, client's will be required to put a credit card on file. For every no show after, the card on file will be charged 100% of the missed service.
After three late cancellations, clients must call and make appointment day of. We do not guarantee availability.
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
*Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time.
